Our programs prepare students for real‑world emergencies across all environments — from hospitals and clinics to manufacturing, hospitality, and corporate workplaces. Upon successful completion, participants receive an official American Heart Association Provider eCard, recognized nationwide.
We proudly meet OSHA Standards and U.S. Coast Guard Requirements (AMERHA‑216), ensuring our training supports the highest level of workplace safety and regulatory compliance.

Meet your Instructors

Fred and Suzette Dampier
We are the Dampier family, and together we bring 47 years of emergency response experience to every class we teach. Our backgrounds span fire rescue, EMS, military service, emergency nursing, and trauma care — experience earned in the real world, on real calls, with real lives on the line.
We are both proud veterans: Fred served in the United States Marine Corps (“OOHRAH”), and Suzette retired from the United States Army Reserve. Service, discipline, and commitment to others are the foundation of who we are.
Fred’s Story
Fred began his career as a volunteer firefighter in Safety Harbor, Florida, before being hired full‑time. Over 23 years, he served as an EMT/Firefighter, Driver, Paramedic/Firefighter, and ultimately retired as a Fire Captain/Paramedic. He responded to thousands of emergencies — medical calls, fires, vehicle accidents, and even a plane crash in the middle of the roadway at night. He has been recognized multiple times for medical excellence and for providing life‑saving CPR to numerous patients. His passion for learning, reading, and teaching continues to be a powerful asset to every student he trains.
Suzette’s Story
Suzette found her calling in the Emergency Department long before becoming a Registered Nurse. She began as a Patient Care Technician, caring for people on their worst days. Once a RN, she became an Army Nurse Corps Officer while continuing to hone her craft as a Med/Surg RN and Emergency/Trauma RN. She has worked across a wide range of hospital and clinic environments and thrives in the fast‑paced, high‑stakes world of emergency care. Teaching, mentoring, and empowering others — whether at the bedside or in the classroom — is where she shines.
Our Mission
As a team, we are committed to passing our knowledge, experience, and passion on to others. We don’t just teach lifesaving skills — we build confident responders ready to act when every second counts.
